Cooling-off period
Where applicable consumer law provides a cooling-off period, you may change your mind within that period without giving a reason. The period runs from the conclusion of the contract.
How to request a refund
To exercise this right, notify us of your decision (IPTV With Box, contact@iptvwithbox.ca) with a clear statement. Sending your message before the period ends is enough.
Consequences
In the case of a valid cancellation, we refund all eligible payments received without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice.
Digital content exception
The right to cancel may end early once delivery of digital content has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right. A money-back guarantee still applies under the conditions stated on the site.
