1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the supply of the all-in-one IPTV with box service of IPTV With Box to consumers, in line with applicable Canadian consumer protection and distance-selling rules.
2. Orders
The display of offers is not a binding offer. By placing an order via WhatsApp, you make a firm proposal; the contract is formed by our confirmation or by activation of the access and, where chosen, shipment of the TV box.
3. Service and quality
IPTV With Box provides, for the length you choose, access to live TV, sports and a library of movies and series up to 4K, optionally on a ready-to-watch TV box. Real-world quality depends on your device and connection. A free trial lets you verify this on your own devices beforehand.
4. Pricing and payment
The prices in CAD shown at the time of order apply. Payment is once for the length you choose; there is no auto-renewal. Accepted methods include credit card, PayPal and e-transfer.
5. Guarantee and liability
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a money-back guarantee under the conditions stated on the site if the service does not work as described.
6. Governing law
The contract is governed by the laws of the province in which you reside and the applicable laws of Canada, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions in your favour.
